Clients understand that they have free will and are fully responsible for their own decisions and actions after a reading.

2. Bookings

All readings must be booked and paid for in advance. Clients are responsible for providing correct contact details.

Readings are delivered via phone (VoIP 087 number), WhatsApp (overseas clients), email, or live chat depending on the service.

3. Payments

Full payment is required before a reading is delivered unless otherwise agreed.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed or a session has started or been delivered.

5. Session Time and Usage

All readings are time-based or package-based. Any unused time cannot be carried over, transferred, or refunded.

If a session ends early or time is not fully used, the remaining time is forfeited.

If a client is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

6. Communication

Clients agree to be contacted via email, WhatsApp, phone (VoIP 087 number), or live chat for service delivery.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone abusive, disrespectful, or misusing the service.
